  For best results, take your first 2 capsules in the morning before food.

  You can take it with water, juice, coffee. Whatever you like.

  During periods of intense mental activity – such as studying for exams, challenging work conditions, or preparing for competition – you can take a further 2 capsules after lunch.

• Should I 'cycle' MLP®?

  Cycling refers to the practice of taking a supplement every day – 'on cycle'. Then taking a break – 'off cycle' – intermittently.

  Cycling is believed to “reset” the body's built-up tolerance to a supplement, allowing that supplement to consistently work at its true full potency.

  MLP® does not require cycling. Most people take 2-4 capsules daily and consistently with no reported tolerance issues.

  But if you wish to, we recommend following a '4 weeks on, 1 week off' cycle. Or a '5 days on, 2 days off' cycle.
